
Credit Card & Refund Policy

Please note: A 3% service fee will be applied to all payments made via credit card. This fee covers the processing costs charged by the credit card companies and is non-refundable.
By providing your credit card information, you authorize Totum Home LLC to charge your card for services rendered, applicable fees, and the credit card service fee as outlined below:

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your staging date. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Final Payment: The remaining balance and any amounts for additional periods of engagement are due at the close of escrow. If the house is removed from active listing, payment will be due at the time of removal of staging.
If you prefer to avoid the credit card service fee, we also accept ACH transfers, checks, or Zelle at no additional cost.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are considered final. However, we aim to be as accommodating as possible:

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. These cover administrative and scheduling costs associated with your booking.

Less than 7 days before staging date: You may cancel without additional charges, but your deposit will not be refunded.

Early Removal of Staging: No refunds will be issued if staging is removed before the end of the rental period.

Unforeseen Circumstances: If we are unable to fulfill your staging due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, property damage, safety hazards), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
